Brisket + Pork Butt + Baby Back Ribs $475

• Pickup 3 racks of ribs 1-2 days before ( September 18 or 19 )

Baby Back Ribs

• 2 3/4 – 3 1/2lb racks
• Wrapped individually in the cooler ready to cut down

Pork Butt

• Pork Butt 9-10lbs faced
• Will need to have it pulled
• NO SAUCE

Brisket

• Certified choice / higher Angus Beef around 15lbs +/- 2lbs
• Entry will need 1/2 sliced and 1/2 untouched for apperance
• Slicing a whole brisket in half is what we are looking for. NOT two individually smoked halves.
