Brisket & Conest Entry

Description

Brisket $250

• Pickup whole packer brisket 1-2 days before ( September 18 or 19 )
• Certified choice / higher Angus Beef around 15lbs +/- 2lbs
• Entry will need 1/2 sliced and 1/2 untouched for apperance
• Slicing a whole brisket in half is what we are looking for. NOT two individually smoked halves.

Price includes

• T-shirt ( pick your size with entry )
• Entry into the Brisket competition
• Brisket
• Festival admission ticket

• Drop off meat, hot, in a cooler BEFORE 9am for judging!
