Description
Brisket $250
- Pickup whole packer brisket 1-2 days before ( September 18 or 19 )
- Certified choice / higher Angus Beef around 15lbs +/- 2lbs
- Entry will need 1/2 sliced and 1/2 untouched for apperance
- Slicing a whole brisket in half is what we are looking for. NOT two individually smoked halves.

Smoketoberfest Cookout
- October 19, 2025 at Jergel’s Rhythm Grille, 103 Slade Lane, Warrendale, PA 15086
- Drop off meat, hot, in a cooler between 10-11am for judging!
