Unlike many online companies, our steaks are all USDA Choice or higher. Everything will be freshly vacuum sealed, individually packaged, and flash frozen for your convenience. These steaks will all be cut as though you are purchasing them from our counter with them being thicker than online vendors.

This statement  is a fact, our grade is USDA Choice / Higher, “USDA Certified Tender” is not a USDA grade. This alleged claim to “certified tender” is accomplished by using mechanical needle tenderization, this process uses a machine with needles to puncture the meat repeatedly, these needles have bacteria on them regardless of how often and thorough they are cleaned, and by puncturing the meat multiple times this bacteria is introduced into the meat, which can be harmful for you and your family. We DO NOT USE needle tenderization of any sort, our products are tender juicy and hand cut without mechanical tenderization. We have our own vacuum sealing and packaging system in our family owned and operated meat market. Everything we sell we take home to feed our own families, so trust that everything we sell is of the highest quality with no BS added.
