Unlike many online companies, our steaks are all USDA Choice or higher. Everything will be freshly vacuum sealed, individually packaged, and flash frozen for your convenience. These steaks will all be cut as though you are purchasing them from our counter with them being thicker than online vendors.

2 – 6-8oz Filet Medallions
2 – 10-12oz Sirloin Medallions
2 – 14-16oz New York Strips
2 – 8-10oz Flat Iron Steaks
2 – 18-20oz Delmonicos (Boneless Ribeye)
2 – 3lb Peeled Tri-Tips
2 – 18-20oz Skirt Steak
2 – 26-30oz Flank Steak
2 – 3.5lb “Dino Rib” Racks
2 – 24-26oz Whole Pichanas
2 – 16oz Package Chipped Ribeye
1 – 14-15lb Packer Brisket
2 – 2lb Package of 1/4lb Patties (8ct)

There are no substitutions. However, you are able to upgrade the sirloin medallions and the filet medallions to be bacon wrapped for $2.50/steak. You do not need to do both types, but we ask that if you upgrade, that you upgrade all the filets or sirloins depending on which you pick to prevent errors in production.
